On Saturday night, rewardStyle & ASOS hosted a party for their “Top Influencers”, and I had the best time catching up with old friends and meeting girls that I feel like are already my friends because I read their blog so much (weird, I know).  I wore this Phillip Lim dress to the party (without the blazer because it was so hot & humid this weekend).  I love how the detail around the neck and the open back add a little spice to the simple silhouette.  I paired the feminine dress with edgier accessories to balance out the look.

After attempting to do my hair twice that day and it falling into a stringy mess both times, I took a note from Julia and attempted her headband braid.  Lucky for me, Jessie was getting ready with me and helped me pull it off.

    The braid looks great on you :-) I really like how sweet and feminine this outfit is but then rocker chic at the same time because of the accessories.
