I found these shorts at H&M and fell in love with their classic boucle fabric in the fun summer blue shade. I was drawn to the shorts and the blouse (on separate occasions) for their Chanel inspired design. So, of course, I had to pair them with my black and white pumps and pretend the whole outfit was couture.
