{supplies: OPI “Lincoln Park After Dark & Essie “A Cut Above”}
{step 1: apply one coat of “Lincoln Park After Dark” all over nail}
{step 2: apply Essie “A Cut Above” on tips of nail using vertical strokes. This doesn’t have to be even, I prefer the strokes to longer on the outer edge of the nail and shorter in the center.}
